  27. I just wanted to let you all know where things are at:
  28. although I am answering email, many may have (or will yet)
  29. receive somewhat brusque messages.  Understand, please, that
  30. nothing personal is meant.  I currently have a 102.4 degree F
  31. fever and, to say the least, am not quite myself.  So-I'm
  32. answering things to let you know that I got them, but that's
  33. about the best I can do right now.  I do have a LOT to say
  34. about the MiscKit, but I can't sit up (or keep a train of
  35. thought) long enough to type it in.  Please be patient with
  36. me, and I promise I'll get caught up as soon as I humanly can!

  38. I just thought you all deserve to know why...

  40. (And for those whom I've promised code, you know who you are,
  41. this ought to explain a lot.  My most humble apologies, but
  42. the code _will_ be later than expected.)
